Deals at Société Générale include Dragon LNG, Sohar IWPP, Sur IWP and Ensus Bioethanol. Previously Adam worked at Morgan Stanley (2000 – 2002).

Roslyn Palmer

Roslyn transferred into a Business Manager role from the BNRI Finance Team in 2010. Prior to joining Barclays Capital, Roslyn worked in group finance for The Warehouse Group (New Zealand) and as an auditor at PwC.

Roslyn is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a B Com in Accounting from The University of Auckland.

Daniel Reis

Daniel Reis transferred to the BNRI team in 2010. Previously he was working in the commodity derivatives team providing risk management solutions to corporate clients in Europe.

Prior to joining Barclays, Daniel had been working with Deloitte (2002-2007) in New York and Zurich, in his last position as a manager in the global energy markets team based out of New York. Prior to that, he worked at A.T. Kearney in management consulting (2001-2002). Daniel holds a Master in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Berne, Switzerland, where he graduated magna um laude.

Lakhbir joined the BNRI team in 2008. Prior to joining Barclays, he was an Associate in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs (2004 – 2008), where he worked on M&A and financing transactions for large-cap UK clients including Diageo, Yell, HSBC, and Shire. Previously he was an investment research analyst at Goldman Sachs (2001 – 2003). Lakhbir is a CFA holder (since 2006).

Lakhbir holds a BSc in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics.

John Ames

John joined the BNRI team in 2010. Previously he was at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers where he worked as an Associate on the Equity Strategies team (2006-2009), a proprietary fund focused on public equity investments. John focused specifically on renewables, energy and mining, and related industrials, as well as defense technology and digital media.

John holds a BA in Social Studies from Harvard College.

Hayden joined the BNRI team in 2010. Previously Hayden worked at J.P. Morgan in London where he was an Analyst in the EMEA Financial Sponsor coverage team focusing on private equity transactions across a diverse range of industry groups. More recently, Hayden was at Palladio Partners in Sydney where he worked as an Associate advising ASX listed clients on issues including IPOs, capital structure review & advice and M&A defence mandates; sectors covered include Oil & Gas, Construction and Infrastructure. Hayden holds a BCom (Finance and Economics) from the University of Sydney.

Niranjan joined the BNRI team in 2006. Previously Niranjan was a Summer Intern in the Commodities Hybrids Trading team at Barclays Capital which is focused on trading complex commodity derivative products and instruments servicing corporate clients, hedge funds and private offices.

Niranjan holds a First Class Honours degree in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London.
