Enhance Energy is a Canadian Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) company, specializing in the application of advanced reservoir engineering techniques to extract more oil out of mature oil fields. Enhance is developing Alberta's largest CO2 pipeline distribution network to use manmade CO2 for CO2 enhanced oil recovery and permanent underground sequestration, and is also pursuing other complementary forms of EOR. Enhance was recently awarded a grant of C$495 million by the Government of Alberta to progress its CO2 project.
CEOC is a Central and Eastern European oil development business formed by senior managers from NOCs in the region, led by Andrija Kojakovic. CEOC will use its strong balance sheet and technical/ operational expertise to develop and enhance production in NOC-owned assets.

Paul Nimmo has nearly 30 years of oil and gas experience, most recently at Horizon Oil which he co-founded, and prior to that with Ampolex and Shell.
