Enhance Energy is a Canadian Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) company, specializing in the application of advanced reservoir engineering techniques to extract more oil out of mature oil fields. Enhance is developing Alberta's largest CO2 pipeline distribution network to use manmade CO2 for CO2 enhanced oil recovery and permanent underground sequestration, and is also pursuing other complementary forms of EOR. Enhance was recently awarded a grant of C$495 million by the Government of Alberta to progress its CO2 project.

CEOC is a Central and Eastern European oil and gas development business formed by senior managers from NOCs in the region, led by Andrija Kojakovic. CEOC is redeveloping mature oil and gas fields in Hungary and has signed Heads of Terms with INA to do the same in Croatia. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has invested alongside BNRI.

Paul Nimmo has nearly 30 years of oil and gas experience, most recently at Horizon Oil which he co-founded, and prior to that with Ampolex and Shell.

Tulip Oil is an upstream development and production company with a focus on exploiting opportunities in undeveloped and mature oil and gas discoveries in Western Europe. The Tulip Oil team has extensive global oil & gas industry experience combined with strong technical and commercial expertise. In January 2011, Tulip Oil acquired a 75% controlling stake in Rhein Petroleum, the German exploration and production business. Rhein Petroleum is currently acquiring modern 3D seismic imaging over its acreage.

The company will primarily focus on time charters, new builds and second-hand vessels but will also evaluate opportunities to buy existing companies and fleets. The team is led by Mikael Skov and includes Jan Mechlenburg, respectively former CEO and Executive Vice President at TORM A/S.
